Refund policy

Introduction:
Decoden Crafts is committed to providing the best customer experience possible. We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. In the event that a customer is not completely satisfied with a purchase, our return policy ensures that they have an option to return or exchange the product(s) purchased. This policy sets out our return procedures, including the time frame for returns and the process for returning items. -
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused and in the same condition that they were received, including the original packaging. If any item is not in its original condition or is damaged due to misuse, the return or exchange will not be accepted. -
Time Frame:
Customers must notify Decoden Crafts of their intention to return or exchange an item within 30 days of the original purchase date. After this time frame, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. -
Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item(s) received were damaged or defective. Decoden Crafts is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process, and we highly recommend that customers use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. -
Refunds:
Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will send an email notification to the customer. We will also notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. -
Exchanges:
Customers can exchange an item for a different product, color, or size. If the item to be exchanged is of a higher value than the replacement item, customers will be required to pay the difference. If the replacement item is of a higher value than the item to be exchanged, Decoden Crafts will provide a refund for the difference. -
Non-returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
